39264c5be6 Fix chroot instructions to work with the perl version we ship in 5.6. 
While here, drop some obsolete configuration examples and tweak the
default man.cgi URL.

c895c2d59c Update to 2.0.1. Notable changes in this release: 
* Never pass "MAIN" to cvs(1).  "HEAD" is the valid tag.
* Use TMPDIR instead of the hardcoded /tmp.
* HTML cleanup.
