Went in a bulk build without fallout, and a requirement for QGIS3.
Remove the plumbing manually installing the examples, its .. awkward.

sshlockout needs root privileges to modify pf tables. If running as
_syslogd (the default for syslogd children), the failure is silent.

qca-qt5 can't use plugins from qca (built against qt4).
If need be, we'll enable more plugins as subpackages someday
(gnupg,cyrus-sasl & pkcs11 are available)

This makes it similar to all other ruby libraries.
Since subversion's ruby bindings include a shared library in an
unversioned directory, rename the shared library from
svn_swig_ruby-1 to svn_swig_rubyXY-1. Bump -main subpackage as
well due to move of @comment entries in PLIST from -main to
-ruby.

All ports that previously required ruby 1.8 have either been removed or
been upgraded to use a newer ruby version or no longer depend on ruby
at all.
Our new ruby support policy is to remove the ruby version if nothing
depends on it 6 months after the version moves from general support
to security-only support upstream. This applies to both ruby 2.1 and
2.2 currently, so both are being removed.

None of these are used any longer. ruby-data_objects and ruby-do_* were
used by DataMapper, but that has been been dead for years. ruby-swift-db-*
was never popular. These were previously usable by ruby-sequel as
alternative database drivers, but support for them was dropped in a recent
version of ruby-sequel.
