cd409edc0a - fix xsane build:
while being deprecated and undocumented, SANE_CAP_ALWAYS_SETTABLE is
still used by (at least) xsane

note to self: stop using frankenstein system to test ports!

5982c6a6ed - update to sane-backends-1.0.19

f43edc19fa - fix build on macppc by using the correct define for a tmpnam(3) buffer
w/debugging help from drahn@
- remove "libtool --finish" which messed up the shared library directories
- remove obsolete mandir fix

f7f343abcf Import sane-backends 1.0.16
SANE stands for "Scanner Access Now Easy" and is an application
programming interface (API) that provides standardized access to any
raster image scanner hardware (flatbed scanner, hand-held scanner,
video- and still-cameras, frame-grabbers, etc.).
