this way, attempting to install these packages with old ffmpeg will
no longer give you a cryptic error message as seen by dhill@.
it seems the bug jakemsr@ fell into several months ago has been fixed;
note that this does not add any dependency since akode needs jack which
needs libsamplerate

- disable the libsamplerate resampler, it clips and is horribly
inefficient
- fix WANTLIB
- stop ffmpeg decoder from spamming stdout
- enable jack output
