- Do not copy bsdLib.tmpl from X11 and overwrite the existing one, instead

add a patch ensuring the expected functionality.
- Add missing libXp to the linking, so that openmotif ports build with
binutils.

Temporary fix for 2.7/sparc build problems from maintainer. Should

be replaced with PICFLAGS and CXXPICFLAGS overrides when we start
tracking current and can use the new make.
