b9f96a36d3 Remove chinese/crxvt. 
We recently removed mrxvt and rxvt due to the fact that upstream is
dead and that thee code is vulnerable to CVE-2017-7483.

On top of that, crxvt is very unstable: it dumps core after entering
a few commands or pressing enter repeatedly a couple of times.

c326edce1b The ${PROJECT}.googlecode.com/files/ master sites are no longer 
accessible, but the distfiles are still available at an archive URL.
Introduce MASTER_SITE_GOOGLECODE and use it for all affected ports.

0bad5217f7 Move fontpath from /usr/local/lib/X11/fonts to /usr/local/share/fonts to match 
XDG_DATA_DIR (where Desktop tools will look for by default).

e9fa5a80a7 Import cconv-0.6.2 
cconv(pronunciation: see-conv.) is iconv based simplified-traditional 
chinese conversion tool. It is NOT only transcoding program, but also 
TRANSLATE tools between the Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
