Committing this for solene@, who did all the work. The update is necessary to use clic with ecl-20.4.24.
This adds TLS support for gopher servers supporting it and fallback to plaintext if TLS is not supported.
clic is a text based gopher client. It uses navigation through numbering and use colours for the selectors. It has a kiosk mode which prevent using any other external software and prevent downloading files. ok jca@ bcallah@ sthen@
