use collect2. If we don't, egcs emits wrong stabs for global CTORS in
...
-O3. With collect2, it no longer uses stabs for that, hence the bug is
no longer visible...

Add large list of mirrors to Makefile, change config slightly.
Man/info pages installed under nicer names.
