zap default spec that are not needed
convert libspecs as well

992a95f9bf - bring in 2 patches from pkgsrc to actually make espeak work live (and
not only be able to save text to speech in wav file)
- rework the src Makefile
- use system portaudio.h instead of the bundled one

806931b602 import espeak 1.37
eSpeak produces good quality English speech. It uses a different
synthesis method from other open source TTS engines, and sounds
quite different. It's perhaps not as natural or "smooth", but
the articulation is much clearer and easier to listen to for long
periods.
