Remove unresponsive maintainers
...
If somebody is removed who actually wants maintainer and either
didn't receive the mail, or didn't bother to reply to it, they are
free to send a diff to reinstate.

mterm is a small X11 application that lets a user enter commands and
run them without opening a terminal. It can be withdrawn into the
dock/wharf/slit or run in windowed mode.
