Remove NO_CONFIGURE/NO_PATCH/NO_EXTRACT/NO_MTREE

Kill corresponding FAKE=Yes and switch to CONFIGURE_STYLE while I'm at it.

Mark this port as broken. There is a horrible bug in it that clobbers
...
/var/run/ld.so.hints. Mark it broken so that no one stumbles onto it
and damages their system in the process.
