Drop RUN_DEPENDY on cups. If it's installed then it can be used, if not
...
then it won't; no need to enforce the dependency.
While here, remove 3 patches and use some perl subst instead.

NX is an exciting new technology for remote display. It provides near
local speed application responsiveness over high latency, low bandwidth
links. The core libraries for NX are provided by NoMachine under the
GPL.
opennx is a LPGL implementation of the NX Client.
