1606f13ac0 Tweak the compiler/cflags/ldflags handling:
- choose them at configure time, not pre-build
- COPTS are included in CFLAGS
No package change.

4ac677dac5 Update to 1.0.5:
* Mostly documentation fixes and some small code fixes.
* One new feature: -P option to runsvdir to run each runsv process in a

02486a80cd Import runit 1.0.4; submitted by Lars Hansson <lars@unet.net.ph>.
runit is a daemontools alike replacement for sysvinit and other init
schemes. runit runs on GNU/Linux, OpenBSD, FreeBSD, MacOSX, Solaris, and
can easily be adapted to other Unix operating systems.
