b533376775 make this MODPY_VERSION ?= 2.6 rather than = 2.6, in case people 
want to override it to build for an earlier version.

4b50ac70ca set MODPY_VERSION=2.6 in preparation for bumping MODPY_VERSION to 2.7 
in python.port.mk. this hasn't been ported to 2.7 and isn't used by anything
else, so it's either this or BROKEN, so let's do this for now.

03119150d2 fix a much dreaded and cursed upon issue where importing the GLib 
introspection module would result in "TypeError: unable to create a wrapper
for GLib.Variant" by adding a patch from upstream.

0cac5e487c use ${MODPY_WANTLIB} instead of the actual python library, this would break 
when the default python version changes. found out the hard way by landry@

checked with a batch "make show=PKGNAMES" before and after.

03fb5bd137 - add a comment as to why we undef STAT_STATVFS now 
- rename a function now it's in the openbsd implementation
- put CP_IDLE instead of 0 in uptime->idletime

6a5430296f - filesystem read/write accounting works fine, so there's no reason not to export it. 
fixes the "Disk" graph from gnome-applets multiload applet

72430a5fe7 - slightly adjust cpu usage retrieval. 
this still doesn't work on i386 (32 bit arches?), whereas it does work
  fine on amd64, mips64el and sparc64..

ef7d5a7201 revert previous, it turns out the atk api is inconsistent. marking the 
prototype of a function as ATK_DISABLE_DEPRECATED, and the comment above
the implementation is also marked as deprecated, but it's not wrapped in
ifdefs and it's used in various places.

* use post-install to remove files we don't ship, 2 less patches
* install gtester-report(1) -- it's a python script but we do not
  enforce a run dependency on python
