ed298848a3 Zap more lines from qmake-based ports by moving them from 
the "MODULES=x11/qtX + CONFIGURE_STYLE=qmake" logic to
the "MODULES=devel/qmake x11/qtX" logic.

Discussed with espie@ a few weeks ago.

0f16a7b099 Import libdwarf-20160115. 
Library to access the DWARF debugging file format which supports source level
debugging of a number of procedural languages, such as C, C++, and Fortran.
See http://www.dwarfstd.org for DWARF specification.

It also provides the dwarfdump tool.

6c71c67982 The first #ifdef around pledge was totally wrong and this way this pledge was 
never called. This problem was pointed out by jca@ a big thank you!
As upstream doesn't seem to be active anymore both #ifdefs around the pledges
can go away.

cfbb239b6a Remove SHARED_ONLY from all CPAN Perl ports and the cpan and perl MODULES. 
Add WANTLIB+=perl and PKG_ARCH=* as appropriate.

0fadda4097 Remove audio/mpegaudio. The code is untouched since 1994, it barely 
works, and the code is apparently of very low quality.

197de8047d In the new GNU RCS port the checkout during grcsdiff failed because 
it cannot find a /usr/local/bin/rcs binary.  The peer_super struct
is used to locate the grcs binary for various operations.  So patch
the "g" prefix there.

56fb54d830 Remove www/junkbuster. 
The code is unmodified since 2001, there are a bunch of patches fixing
dangerous-looking buffer problems, it's very exposed code, and
www/privoxy is the obvious maintained alternative.
