ae5b97f801 Update to 6.22.02. 
6.21 and 6.22 are bug fix releases with no new features.

Stop installing the message catalogs, which were already broken.
tcsh uses the obscure POSIX catopen() interface, which requires the
environment variable NLSPATH to be set to access the translations.
NLSPATH is not set by default on OpenBSD and users are unlikely to
figure out the necessary magic.  Discussed with schwarze@

(this is a hackish workaround, hopefully upstream will have an idea

4b76b548db Update tcsh to 6.20.00 
- remove termlib from WANTLIB replace with curses
- remove second MASTER_SITE old/ since this is the current version.
- HOMEPAGE is down, but assume it's just temporary.

5fce0e354f zap old @pkgpath entry in shells/tcsh 
Previously the port had a static flavour, then it was removed with an
added @pkgpath to merge the old static package into the main package,
then it was readded but the @pkgpath wasn't removed.

Update problem reported by Kapetanakis Giannis, ok phessler

f1e7eab840 those packages have not changed names since 3.6, even though their 
packing-lists was changes in significant ways, and they do not have
enough dependencies that pkg_add can detect they changed through their
signature.

Bump the pkgname, so that pkg_add -r will choose to update them.
