bump a bunch of pecl-*, thanks to cvs's non-atomic commits/updates some of
...
these got built on amd64 without the WANTLIB they should have had, this is
causing issues with pkg_add updates reported by Johan Huldtgren

Initial import of pecl-fileinfo:
...
The Fileinfo extension allows retrieval of information regarding
vast majority of file.
This information may include dimensions, quality, length etc...
Additionally it can also be used to retrieve the mime type for a
particular file and for text files proper language encoding.
