Update to latest version.
...
Fixes a few bugs and clarifies the license.
Minor library bump.
Update HOMEPAGE and MASTER_SITES.

- use BSD_INSTALL_ macros in gsm's Makefile
...
- remove post-install target
- use "cc -shared" to create the shared library as well as "cc" to link
the binaries
- tidy up patch a bit

- change from hard coded check for Alpha to using NO_SHARED_LIBS define
- really use $(PREFIX) instead of hard coding it to /usr/local

Install links to man page for untoast and tcat.

Fix makefile so shared library is installed (except for alpha).
Change packing list to clean up everything when package deleted.
