Add a couple of fixes for KDE3 multimedia package:
...
* avoid crash in xine backend for aRts (tedu's way)
* make the build more reliable/repeatable
* fix some integer types handling (signed as index, long for 64-bit)
Most of those fixes were forgotten many months ago; the crash was notified
by Alexandre H on ports@ and further investigated by nigel@, thanks!

Follow SSLv3 removal: the SSLv2_client_method() was already changed to

SSLv3_client_method() some time ago; tweak it to SSLv23_client_method()
now, as it probably should be done already.

After the removal of devel/libmagic from devel/subversion's dependencies,

remove magic from WANTLIB here, too, and bump.
Also, split REVISION into REVISION-main and REVISION-svn; only the latter
needs a bump.

Remove KOffice. Unlike KDE3 itself, this one has no use; at least,
...
there is no support for modern document formats while using own one.
Also, Calligra should hit CVS soon. And this one stands before it
and updating libpqxx.

the big bad bug in libtool where modules and libraries are not properly
...
separated strikes again. perl 5.18 changes the order of hash keys, so
that some of the sloppyness of the current libtool code is more likely
to seep thru.
revert those to gnu libtool until this is fixed :(
