Temporarily isable the -smb package for now. Building with GNU libtool breaks
...
gvfs in subtle ways at runtime so we need a way to build the SAMBA support with
our libtool(1).

move more bits and bobs into MODGNOME_TOOLS to make it more clear which

tools are actually used.
This commit replaces
MODGNOME_DESKTOP_FILE with MODGNOME_TOOLS += desktop-file-utils
MODGNOME_MIME_FILE with MODGNOME_TOOLS += shared-mime-info
MODGNOME_ICON_CACHE with MODGNOME_TOOLS += gtk-update-icon-cache
(some prettyfication will follow shortly)
