3a152e4700 Reinstate some macro removal from macros/ffmpeg.m4 that was blown away by 
accident with the previous commit so as to not have an unnecessary and
hidden dependency on libdca (libdts).

a1b7c39eb5 gtk-update-icon-cache: 
Don't redirect errors to /dev/null and don't return true(1)
unconditionally. Instead, don't check for the existence of index.theme.
This will allow us to catch errors that may be happening because of a
missing dependency in the chain.

Some hidden issues may appear, in which case please contact me.

ca0f0d8623 Some fixes backported from upstream: 
- Remove dependency on bzip2.
- Remove some OpenBSD build hacks which have been broken for quite
  awhile and are not necessary anyway.
- Update FFmpeg macro for newer versions.

2974b60d47 Remove gstreamer-gnome dependency. It was deprecated in gstreamer 2 
releases ago in favor or giosync (gvfs).
Switch to new depends/revision and regen PLIST.

0217871b96 As found out the hard way by landry@ autoaudiosink (and probably other 
things) do not run out of the box without the confelements.
We will merge confelements into the main gstreamer-plugins-good
package so that everything works out of the box.
