are useless with a Gtk+3 Xfce..

05a7ccec81 Update to Xfce 4.14.

  https://xfce.org/download/changelogs/4.14 for complete changelogs.
- remove dependency on the now deprecated gtk-xfce-engine package, add
dependency on x11/greybird instead (as that's more or less the default
theme)
- Remove dependency on orage, add dependency on xfce4-screensaver.
- Add dependencies on xfce4-statusnotifier, catfish and gigolo for xfce-extras.
- Improve README wrt shutdown/reboot support without
  consolekit/policykit and vblank method to stop screen flickering with
modesetting. Drop the section about LC_CTYPE, the world moved on and
OpenBSD supports UTF-8..

49e65f84ff Remove modemlights and quicklauncher from xfce-extras, they're dead 
upstream since years, and depend on the deprecated libxfcegui4.

While here remove the alternative to use notification-daemon-xfce
instead of xfce4-notifyd, the latter is maintained,
notification-daemon-xfce is dead since years.

While here add xfdashboard and xfce4-datetime to RUN_DEPENDS-extra, was
in my tree since forever..

87819fc402 Bump to Xfce 4.12.. 
This should conclude the 4.12 update which we released two weeks ago.

b7743582a0 Make xfce depend on gtk3-xfce-engine since gtk3 applications look horrid 
without it. While here, recommend sysutils/toad instead of hotplugd(8) for
auto-mount in xfce's README. toad just works, without additional scripting.

d39dc5c33a Bump xfce meta package to 4.10, see http://xfce.org/about/tour for a 
visual list of all changes in that release. Amend README explaining:
- how to configure/use consolekit/policykit for shutdown/reboot (or,

  still fallback to sudo as it is now)
- how to configure the screensaver if xscreensaver or gnome-screensaver
  is installed
- how to use xfpm for power management/suspend from logout dialog.
