More ossp-uuid vs e2fs-uuid cleaning: rename uuid.pc to ossp-uuid.pc
...
and e2fs-uuid.pc to uuid.pc. uuid.pc is what all projects using
pkg-config expect to find when looking for the "standard" uuid lib nowadays.

add license marker, and a Makefile comment about the other libuuid
...
in e2fsprogs, hopefully making it easier for someone who wants to port
software which requires uuid and doesn't let them know which one
is meant.
no change to build/packaging.

Remove -pgsql subpackage to avoid an endless loop as the next version of
...
postgresql will provide native uuid support, which depends on uuid.
Except a few function names your databases will need no changes.
For the list of new functions look at the postgresql-docs package or
http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.3/static/uuid-ossp.html .
