f90faf868a conflicts from the past: history since 3.7.
As noted on ports@ recently, pkg_add -r relies on conflicts, and the
sheer existence of updates means we MUST take the past into account in
conflicts now.

Note the renaming of hugs98 to valid package names where versions are
concerned.

This commit shows clearly the renaming of the xfce4 plugin packages, the
ditching of eclipse flavors, the splitting of nessus into subpackages,
the splitting of various other software documentations, some packaging bugs
in kdeedu, and a lot of files moving around...

f038f0d764 Um, we should install the actual engines. It's amazing how much better these
themes work when they're installed.

f7e868876b Import gtk-engines2 1.9.0:
gtk-engines2 provides three sample theme engines for GTK+2:

* Pixmap: A generic engine that renders using pixmaps.
One theme using this theme engine is included.

* Metal: A fairly complete theme engine that looks like the
  Java-Metal look of Swing.

* Redmond95: A simple theme engine that looks a bit like
  Microsoft Windows95.
