b76b0b4419 Bring consistency in GStreamer dependencies: 
- remove most dependencies on plugins-bad and plugins-ugly; there is no reason
on depend on these because they should only provide support for rare and/or
rarely used codecs
- for standard how-of-the-box support for most modern files, always depend on
plugins-good and plugins-ffmpeg|libav.

gstreamer1 parts from Brad, gstreamer-0.10 parts from me

0bbbd35e32 register-plist did not catch the devel/glib2 -main -> empty change. 
espie asked me in such a nice way to fix this that I'm bumping all ports
that have a direct dependency on glib2.

ad741e63bb new-style LIB_DEPENDS/REVISION, sync WANTLIB, bump where necessary. 
checked with check-lib-depends and PLIST_DB "make package".

0217871b96 As found out the hard way by landry@ autoaudiosink (and probably other 
things) do not run out of the box without the confelements.
We will merge confelements into the main gstreamer-plugins-good
package so that everything works out of the box.

c5cab19e07 import mp3splt-gtk, 
mp3splt-gtk is a gtk2 application using libmp3splt to split mp3
and ogg files without decoding, selecting begin and end time positions
graphically, from CDDB/.cue files, or via silence detection.
