Changes:
- Cosmetic fixes.
- Port no longer depends on guilib, which was only required to build
an example chat code that was never installed in the first place.
- Sync DESCR with reality.

This is a small sample cross-platform networking library, with a
sample chat client and server application. The chat client uses the
GUIlib GUI framework library.
