b9f560061b Okay, 2.4.26 did not work either. 
Diving into the kde lists show it's *well-known* that 2.4.24 is
the last xml2 release that worked.

Boustrophedon is a reading-/writing-style that alternates direction
every line. It was originally created by the ancient Greeks.  This
program formats the text-files to be read in this manner.

* make compile under gcc3.2;
* per-hunk ignore whitespace implemented;
* lines inserted for display purposes now has a cross-hatch pattern to make
  it more obvious;
* minor key binding changes for better interaction with most window managers.

55f815fced Fix breakage -- ocaml does not supply "ocamlopt", therefore the hevea 
build is using an incorrect target.

Tested on macppc and i386 - ok pvalchev@
