I probably haven't fixed all the bugs/crashes caused by espie's
underlying pkg_add refactoring from last year, but it at least allows to
do basic stuff without blowing too much.
Fixes a bug when listing installed packages, maybe a perl update or a
pkg_add 'recent' change was overwriting $_, and breaking
OpenBSD::RequiredBy further calls. Reported by Bastiaan Egberts (and
maybe others, dont remember..)
Mostly rewritten, properly (sort of) integrates with pkg_* code,
Likely to have bugs, but if noone uses it they won't show up.
Oh, and even features a manpage with feedback from schwarze@ and jmc@.
