e264d12b1e upgrade to imlib2 1.1.2 
Marcus Meissner discovered that imlib's BMP decoder would crash
when loading the test BMP file created by Chris Evans for testing
a previous Qt vulnerability. It is believed that this bug could
be exploited for arbitrary code execution.

also some port fixes, added missing dependencies, etc.

051e65a1bf fixes a DoS issue with the BMP decoder, integer overflow and heap-based 
buffer overflow with the XPM decoder, and integer overflow with the ICO
decoder.

2ac5c3f75f pull fix from upstream (Philip Lafleur <plafleur@cvs.gnome.org>) 
* app/paint/gimpink-blob.c (blob_make_convex): Check if the
	array index is legal before using it, not the other way around.
	Fixes bug #144856.
