- remove a stupid NOT_FOR_ARCHS=sparc64, if you guys don't want to fix

something, it's better to leave it broken, otherwise it gets forgotten
- fix sparc64 asm syntax, insight from Toby
XXX regress fails, but it appears to fail on at least 2 other 'supported'
architectures, this needs to be looked at
