2f70b89794 the akode plugins are not currently working. exact cause is still 
unknown.  in the meantime, unbreak arts decoding of many codecs
by using the akode decoders only if there is no other decoder for
the codec, instead of using akode more or less by default.

987fa0b836 let artsd work in full-duplex mode by explicitly configuring the audio 
layer for full-duplex

please make sure your base system is up-to-date before enabling
full-duplex in artsd in your local configuration

4c70477321 - use sudo instead of su to gain superuser privileges (one can still edit 
$PREFIX/share/config/kdesurc to change this behavior back)

63bd3b32a3 - enhance CUPS support: 
* correct PATH for foomatic db files (asked by ian@)
 * make it possible to restart the server from kcontrol (using pgreg
 instead of /proc - from FreeBSD)
 * fix WANTLIB
This changes make it possible to use kcontrol to easily
add/change/configure your printers when using CUPS.

- while here, don't try to strip the kdelibtool script

4841b7d06b Allow kdemultimedia to build with the audio/flac update, and also fix some 
unrelated LIB_DEPENDS and WANTLIB issues while here, to make
port-lib-depends-check happy (more dependencies on x11/kde/arts3 contents,
libvorbisfile, libexpat and libfontconfig):
 - Require FLAC.>=8,
 - use a sledgehammer to make configure work with the new FLAC,
 - make it work with the new API.

1df0dd589a some tweaks in preparation of kde 3.5.7: 
- the infrastructure now uses autoconf 2.60.
- don't bother to patch libtool, we have USE_LIBTOOL across the board.
- set LIBTOOL_FLAGS to ignore static libraries by default. We will no
longer bother building arts with static libs, since arts is going to
die with kde4, and nothing hardly ever uses it now (in fact, the 3.5.7
release of arts includes no new code, only infrastructure changes)

f888a25c16 Don't depend on the qt3 'mt' FLAVOR. This FLAVOR doesn't do anything 
and will be removed shortly. Bump PKGNAMEs.

b1d8db77e0 some sublibrary of kdepim picks up boost for debug purposes if it's 
installed. Make sure it does not get picked up.

Bump the pkgname, as some people may have a `wrong' kdepim, with parts of
boost linked in.
