9c00e2c16d Import gal (GNOME Application Libraries) 0.19.2: 
This module contains some library functions that came from Gnumeric
and Evolution.  The idea is to reuse the code across various larger
GNOME applications that might want to use it.  The API is not frozen
and might change at any time.  Larger class renaming might happen
at any point without notice.  Use this library at your own risk.

bc1593c9e3 Do not build dlltool on i386 openbsd, same problem as powerpc had, 
diff is slightly larger to deal with the changequote. Here as other
places the changequote pair will only affect the one line.

c798cd848b Add -L${X11BASE}/lib to sdl-config in when X11 is used, as SDL depends on 
libraries there and needs to know the path.  this means sdl-config was
broken for a few days but none of the ports depended on this.
Also bump package revision to p1 for the last couple of fixes to the port.

e8ee429372 initial import of devel/ffcall-1.8:

This is a collection of four libraries which can be used to build
foreign function call interfaces in embedded interpreters.

The four packages are:

    avcall - calling C functions with variable arguments

    vacall - C functions accepting variable argument prototypes

    trampoline - closures as first-class C functions

    callback - closures with variable arguments as first-class C
               functions (a reentrant combination of vacall and 
	       trampoline)
