f888a25c16 Don't depend on the qt3 'mt' FLAVOR. This FLAVOR doesn't do anything
and will be removed shortly. Bump PKGNAMEs.

15f29c5290 update to version 3.0, clean up some infrastructure stuff.
patched to use the sqlite3 qt3 plugin, so that people can phase out
sqlite2 quicker.
