update to MuPDF-1.8

- many fixes and improvements to EPUB support
- mudraw moves to the multi-purpose mutool binary
- add new OpenGL-based viewer, mupdf-gl
- add an optional flavour to enable the javascript support (wasn't
on by default before in our package, and still isn't)

Wkhtmltopdf and wkhtmltoimage are open source (LGPLv3) command line tools to
render HTML into PDF and various image formats using the Qt WebKit rendering
engine. These run entirely "headless" and do not require a display or display
service.
