00286f20a6 Use glebius's fork which has a lot of improved code for kqueue support. Upstream 
is too slow to respond for now.
Add a pkg-readme while here.

6309a2bb3b qt5.port.mk: change COMPILER 
Move it to "base-clang ports-gcc" and bump REVISION accordingly.
This unbreaks Qt5-related binaries runtime on macppc.

59048c7fc4 Remove ffmpeg2theora 
This port is not useful anymore, ffmpeg can transcode to and from OGG
nowadays.  With ffmpeg-4.x this port would break anway, so just zap it.
