95e90455f5 update to get_iplayer 2.90, based on a diff from nigel@ 
This switches to different programme data feeds following the BBC
removing the ones used previously. However, these are less useful than
the previous feeds, and may well also be removed. See release notes for
more: https://github.com/dinkypumpkin/get_iplayer/wiki/release289

dfd6bc277a Move get_iplayer to a self-packaged tarball from git upstream, fixes include: 
- ensure correct file extension is used if certain modes fail
- convert AAC radio recordings to m4a format with metadata tags

bad idiom of RUN_DEPENDS=${BUILD_DEPENDS}.

30c8d05947 - add the manpage back in (generated from the script itself, so a 
couple of RUN_DEPENDS move to BUILD_DEPENDS).

- cherrypick a couple of diffs from git (notably, automatically add
the correct swfVfy url to rtmpdump; if you've set this manually in
/etc/get_iplayer/options you can remove it).

- improve COMMENT, update HOMEPAGE.

0c62683fdf update to 2.56; 
* Fix flvstreamer/rtmpdump version detection.
* Improved episode name extraction from meta-data to include episode
number where appropriate.
* Added episode and series numbers to caches.
* Added freevo as a metadata format.
* Added --email options to allow for scheduled html search results to be
