15b04968d8 Update tkimg to 1.4 
Now supporting new format: DTED, RAW.
indexing TIFF images is now possible
and lots of other updates/fixes.

image extension for Tcl/Tk

This package enhances Tk, adding support for many 
other Image formats: BMP, XBM, XPM, GIF (with 
transparency, but without LZW), PNG, JPEG, TIFF.
