c4d936d08a Use -pthread not -lpthread. Library major bump for safety. 
Inadvertently broken in last commit; the patch to the configure script
is fiddly and easily broken, so use extra lines of context for this patch
and add a warning comment.

614140c8b4 - compile in the correct usernames (_dovecot/_dovenull) rather 
than only changing them in sample config files. this means you can
migrate from 1.x by directly following the instructions on
http://wiki2.dovecot.org/Upgrading/2.0 without extra tweaks.

10a7aebff8 update libsrtp to 1.4.4. use -fPIC when building the static library, 
so that it may be linked with shared objects. update homepage, enable tests.

3884c2f898 buglet with links and files with a DIST_SUBDIR, as found by naddy@. 
people already running dpb -F: just remove /usr/ports/distfiles/distinfo
and rerun dpb.
(or at least all entries with a subdirectory)

d1b65f8d65 Add LOCALBASE/lib/node_modules to the list of directories to check 
for modules, since that is the location where npm installs modules
globally.  Removes the need to use npm link to link global modules
into each project.

812e17dd63 Import gmtk, the gnome-mplayer toolkit. 
$ cat pkg/DESCR
gmtk is a library that is used by gnome-mplayer and gecko-mediaplayer:
several common functions and routines formerly in gnome-mplayer and
gecko-mediaplayer have been moved to this library.
gmtk can be used to build your own media players, as widgets have
been created to control mplayer: a simple media player can be built
using this library very quickly.

f53db56c56 - this uses dlopen modules; mark SHARED_ONLY and merge PFRAG.shared to PLIST 
- the code to support LCDs connected by parallel port is only for x86;
split the relevant files out to a separate PFRAG which is not used on
other arch

5370b8f32d - update adastrap to a newer version built by kili@ against libc.so.60.1 
(from OpenBSD 5.0-release), thanks ajacoutot@ for hosting the distfile.

- check that the bootstrap egcc can actually run; the reason for failure
due to missing libs is now clear (previously it was a cryptic "C compiler
cannot create executables" type message during configure).

3bc19fd3d5 Drop build dependency on opensc, it's not needed anymore (opennx bundles 
opensc headers).
Drop run dependency on opensc because our nxssh is not compiled with
SmartCard support.
Tweak README wrt samba.

libfwbuilder got merged into fwbuilder.

Besides still not fully supporting all new features of recent OpenBSD pf,
it generally works well.
