gconf2    2.2.1 -> 2.4.0.1
libgtop2  2.0.2 -> 2.0.5
libwnck   2.2.2 -> 2.4.0.1
vte       0.10.29 -> 0.11.10

Also removes devel/linc since it has been rolled into devel/ORBit2.
