f51d703635 Update to vte-0.26.1. 
- Pass the correct TERM value inside envp when spawning.

e9f7d829b6 - fix a very longstanding and irritating issue where opening two gnome-terminal 
windows/tabs would make gnome-pty-helper hungry for cpu time. so hungry
that it would try to eat all cpu time.

e17e6dee44 gnome-pty-helper is quite happy with setgid utmp. 
also fix comment and plist directories while there.

991bc728f6 Later GTK+ versions print warnings about improper args to gdk_property_get, 
vte does this so fix it in advance of any GTK+ updates.

Bump package version accordingly.

52d34cce2d Update to 0.10.11. Yep, a commit as long as your arm for a 0.00.01 
version number bump.  Yeah, well, it took me a bit to even get it
to compile, one of those, "Hey, let's change the entire build
infrastructure for a minor bugfix!" things...

But hey now we're fully in-sync with Gnome 2.6.2.

Also removes devel/linc since it has been rolled into devel/ORBit2.
