2011d6b545 Ensure configure picks the right sip version 
Fixes a build failure reported by naddy when py3-sip was installed (to
build the qt5 FLAVOR) but py-sip wasnt.

48a68f667b Update to qscintilla 2.10.1. 
Add a qt5 FLAVOR, required by QGIS3. Note that upstream renamed the
library from libqscintilla2 to libsqscintilla2_qt4/qt5, allowing both
versions to be installed at the same time. Depending ports will be
fixed shortly.

04503b3607 Update le to 1.16.5 -- the one patch goes away, and a post-install routine 
added to remove the .desktop and icon files so that we don't depend on huge
things for a simple console text editor.

5b0fd67942 Use kqueue as a file notificication backend for the no_x11 flavor 
Disabling file notification for the no_x11 flavor made sense when the
only backend wad glib2, but now upstream implements kqueue support
internally.

4c81a2099a Update hexedit to 1.3. 
Notable changes:

- Switch to GitHub and update HOMEPAGE
- Release tarball doesn't bundle a configure script, so the port now
  uses autoconf
- Update license marker to specify GPLv2+
- Drop the now useless patch
- Regenerate WANTLIB

bb800ec98d multiple clang fixes: 
- make sure to link with the static libmythes in the build to avoid a runtime
  crash

- since libreoffice uses a bundled boost, let's make sure we don't pick
  up anything from the one installed on the system by using the proper
  include directory order

c114d7057b add pthread to COMPILER_LIBCXX. 
white lie, but it allows clang and gcc to be more similar
bump accordingly.

696def8373 Switch Qt5-based Phonon to a separate port, with a separate version. 
The phonon.port.mk stays where it is (at least until KDE4 dies).

This gives a chance for various KF5 things to build again.

16519e074b Unbreak (hopefully) Calligra after recent QML files placement change. 
I could not build calligra right now, but at least things won't go worse.

Missed this among other KF5 stuff.
