0031945c6e Fix a buglet in bsd.port.mk where the PSEUDO_FLAVORS get encoded into
the FULLPKGPATH, thus providing changes to packing-lists which shouldn't
happen, and making update more difficult.

Accordingly, bump all pkgnames with PSEUDO_FLAVORS, and provide an
update @pkgpath for the bug for most of them (left out the ones with 3
or 4 pseudo flavors for space constraints...)

bbcc7ffcd3 - Clean up WANTLIB marker and LIB_DEPENDS
- Add --with-bz to CONFIGURE_ARGS as bzip2 won't be used without this flag
- Bump PKGNAME

51f7138802 split GNOME support into a sub-package so we don't need
to drag in all of the GNOME support for wv2 and in turn
KOffice.
