ce0efa6ba2 - allow clisp to build on powerpc too
- switch to new style LIB_DEPENDS/WANTLIB
- move emacs lisp files to a location where emacs can find and use them

638981a1fd - Update to 2.25.
- Pull COMMENT into Makefile.
- Switch to .bz2 distfile.
- New maintainer; ok jsmith@mcs.drexel.edu.
- Doesn't build on powerpc either.

e054298665 Initial import of clisp-2000-03-06.
CLISP is a Common Lisp implementation by Bruno Haible of Karlsruhe
University and Michael Stoll of Munich University, both in Germany.
It mostly supports the Lisp described in the ANSI Common Lisp
standard.
