cfbb239b6a Remove SHARED_ONLY from all CPAN Perl ports and the cpan and perl MODULES. 
Add WANTLIB+=perl and PKG_ARCH=* as appropriate.

7267113efc import p5-LaTeX-Pod 0.21 
LaTeX::Pod converts LaTeX sources to Perl's POD (Plain old
documentation) format. Currently only a subset of the available LaTeX
language is supported.
