f9daf0f3e3 Patch psf2bsd further to use '*' and '.' for representing bit values
in the comments, as we do in our wsfont header files.

5e149a9033 Prevent portroach from checking updates for psftools.
Server returns HTTP 300 status code (Multiple Choices) which tricks
portroach into believing there is always a new version.

dc0aeeab56 Import sysutils/psftools.
The PSFTOOLS are designed to manipulate fixed-width bitmap fonts, such as
DOS or Linux console fonts. Both the PSF1 (8 pixels wide) and PSF2 (any
width) formats are supported; the default output format is PSF2.
