While here, remove the crazy no_gnome FLAVOR too. This new version
doesn't directly depend on gnome libs anymore, and no_gnome libgsf
FLAVOR disappeared too. It will make bulk builds much more simpler.

more GNOME than before. And for added debugging fun, if you disable the
additional GNOME support - you still pick it up!
Regen the patches while I'm here. Add better libtool patching. Bump
package version.

The librsvg library is a lightweight library for parsing and rendering
vector-graphic files in SVG format (like the ones made by sodipodi). It also
includes functions that render anti-aliased fonts using freetype, including
caching of glyphs. It's used by Nautilus for drawing vector icons and
anti-aliased type.
