938d5795f0 Don't unconditionally strip during linking, leave it for install so
${INSTALL_STRIP} is honoured. Bump.

e0ef69600d Import of vsftpd
vsftpd is an FTP server, or daemon. The "vs" stands for Very Secure.
It has been written with security in mind, and carefully designed to
be resilient to attack.
