switch to new style PLISTS, using @lib, ditching DYNLIBDIR.
...
Replace two INSTALL scripts with @sample.
Reorder plists to match auto-generation, add comments for files that
don't get installed.

upgrade to iozone 3.48
...
- adds a threads FLAVOR which has been tested and shown to work on
i386/sparc atleast.
- includes patches to simplify parts of iozone's Makefile and source code.
