Patches taken from netbsd. problem duly noted by Todd Fries.
- remove FAKE=Yes
- GNU_CONFIGURE -> CONFIGURE_STYLE
- mkdir -> ${INSTALL_DATA_DIR}
- remove unnecessary ${LDCONFIG}
- use better filename for patch
- use new framework for PLISTs
- add @comment with RCS id to PLISTs
