dconf-editor is now using gtk+3 (yay, our first gtk+3 app in tree!).

6da870657a Import dconf-0.5.1 
dconf is a low-level configuration system. Its main purpose is to
provide a backend to GSettings on platforms that don't already have
configuration storage systems.
